Xyjsolation (xyj + isolation) as an artwork devoted to the topic of self-isolation due to the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020. A Khrushchyovka (Russian paneled apartment building) was taken as the main motive of the art work. However the art work represents not only Russia, but the whole world in the beginning of 2020. Flats are colorful and different, as they represent different lives and their tenants. It looks bright and vivid, but the choice of dark color in the deep of the apartments gives a reflection on the backside of the problem (deaths, loneliness, poverty).
