Refund And Cancellation Policy

7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or delivered in the wrong size.

If your order meets any of these conditions, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that returns or refunds are not applicable for any other reasons, including change of mind.

 

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will process the refund if it meets the return eligibility criteria.

You can expect to receive your refund within up to four weeks from the date you hand over the package to the return shipper. This timeframe includes:

Transit time: 5–10 business days for the product to reach us
Inspection & processing: 3–5 business days
Bank processing time: 5–10 business days

In many cases, refunds may be processed sooner.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong-size product, please email us at contact@gallerist.in within 2 days of delivery with your order details and clear images of the product showing the issue. Our team will review the request and guide you through the return process.
