Village life -Contemporary

The painting Village life depicts the life style of a small family in a village in India. The backdrop of fields and mountains adds some more justification to the theme. I've chosen to fill the head with black to bring a contemporary style to it, but it never feels the faces are missing. One can visualize the happiness in the kid who is playing with a vehicle made with palm nuts. 

The color combo used in this painting are dull to show the dusk. This art work is an own creation and one piece available. This is one of the artworks by Giridhar Alwar.
